The top and main floors both have a full, private master suite with king beds. The walk-out lower floor has 2 queen bedrooms and an open bunk area that sleeps 6. Every floor has a large common area with massive west-facing windows and decks that look out onto the slopes.

*Summit County has very strict parking, occupancy, and quiet hour rules. You will be asked to leave, fined, and lose your deposit if rules aren’t followed. A sheriff has the ability to walk up to the door and ticket you.
*Parking- 4 cars max. Street parking is prohibited at all times.
*Occupancy Max- 14 people (children and infants included) at any time (day or night).
*Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. 
*Just 10 minutes by car to town & about 20 minutes (depending on where you go) by shuttle.
*120 yards to the FREE SHUTTLE stop at the end of your cul de sac. *times can change

*You DON’T have to pay Breckenridge local sales tax (only Colorado tax).
