Our cancellation policy states that guests will receive a full refund (less a 4% credit card fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival. While we understand that life circumstances can affect your travel plans, for an additional fee, we can provide travel insurance options to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected happens.
Children of all ages are welcome but should be monitored at all times due to potential safety risks. Children will love the board games, bunk rooms, and outdoor activities on site. Plus, we can provide you with information on child care and deliverable baby supplies upon your booking completion.
The cities of Breckenridge and Scottsdale both enforce a quiet hours ordinance from 10:00pm-7:00am. We want to be good neighbors, so please be mindful.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises; outdoors and perimeter included.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our properties due to severe pet allergies.
